Job description
Kforce has a client in San Antonio, TX seeking a Pega Platform Architect., * Lead architecture, design, and development of Pega Platform solutions
- Design integrations using APIs and REST services
- Collaborate with developers, project managers, and business analysts to deliver scalable solutions
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development team members
- Ensure best practices in system design, performance, and maintainability
- Support ongoing platform upgrades and enhancements
Build and deliver a proof of concept demonstrating:
- Data intake and processing
- Business rules and decisioning logic
- Record updates and system outputs
Requirements
- Pega Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA) required; Certified Lead System Architect (CLSA) strongly preferred
- 5+ years of experience in a Pega Architect or similar senior technical role
- Strong hands-on experience with the Pega Platform
- Experience designing and implementing enterprise-grade applications
- Background in modern development languages such as Java or C#
- Experience with containerization and modern deployment practices
- Ability to lead technical discussions and transfer knowledge to team members
Proficiency with:
- API design (RESTful services)
- SQL and data integration
- Version control tools (e.g., GitHub)

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
