Job description
The Network Upgrade Technician will be responsible for supporting Domino's new network upgrade initiative. The Network Upgrade Technician will call Domino's stores and walk the store point of contact through how replace routers and plug in switches, ensure that everything is properly updated on the network profile, and verify that everything is working properly. The network upgrade needs to be complete across all stores by October 2026. The stores are moving from non-managed switches to managed switches. In summary, the Network Upgrade Technician will help run manual processes the day of the network upgrade.
Requirements
Around 2 years of IT support, help desk, technical support experience -Ability to work an overnight shift -Networking knowledge. Must be comfortable with routers, switches, ethernet cables, etc. -Experience supporting technical issues over the phone -Strong customer service experience

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
