Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with SAP APMe (Agent Performance Management), including configuration, customization, and development.
  • Strong experience working in enterprise-scale implementations, enhancements, and support environments.
  • Proven background in Compensation Management and Incentive Management systems.
  • Hands-on experience with Groovy scripting within SAP APMe environments.
  • Strong expertise in SQL/PL-SQL development, data analysis, and troubleshooting.
  • Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into effective APMe solutions.
  • Experience in production support, issue resolution, and system optimization.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with SAP Commissions (Callidus ICM) is highly preferred.
