Business & Customer Strategy
- Partner with business stakeholders to understand customer engagement goals and marketing objectives.
- Develop customer understanding through behavioral analysis, customer insights, and persona development.
- Map and evaluate current-state customer journeys and design future-state journey architectures aligned with business goals.
- Define customer lifecycle strategies and optimize customer experiences across multiple channels.
Salesforce Marketing Cloud Implementation
- Lead the design and implementation of Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions.
- Configure and manage Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio, and related Marketing Cloud components.
- Design scalable marketing automation frameworks to support customer acquisition, retention, and engagement initiatives.
- Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices for campaign management, segmentation, personalization, and automation.
Requirements

Bachelor''s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Marketing, Business, or a related field.

Minimum 5 years of Salesforce experience with significant exposure to Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

Proven experience in a techno-functional consulting role supporting both business and technical stakeholders.
