Job description

Business & Customer Strategy

  • Partner with business stakeholders to understand customer engagement goals and marketing objectives.
  • Develop customer understanding through behavioral analysis, customer insights, and persona development.
  • Map and evaluate current-state customer journeys and design future-state journey architectures aligned with business goals.
  • Define customer lifecycle strategies and optimize customer experiences across multiple channels.

Salesforce Marketing Cloud Implementation

  • Lead the design and implementation of Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions.
  • Configure and manage Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio, and related Marketing Cloud components.
  • Design scalable marketing automation frameworks to support customer acquisition, retention, and engagement initiatives.
  • Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices for campaign management, segmentation, personalization, and automation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor''s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Marketing, Business, or a related field.

  • Minimum 5 years of Salesforce experience with significant exposure to Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

  • Proven experience in a techno-functional consulting role supporting both business and technical stakeholders.

  • Hands-on experience with:

  • Journey Builder

  • Automation Studio

  • Email Studio

  • Audience Segmentation

  • Personalization Strategies

Strong understanding of:

  • Customer Lifecycle Management
  • Customer Journey Mapping
  • Omnichannel Marketing Strategies
  • Marketing Automation Best Practices

Experience with SQL, data analysis, and customer data management.

Knowledge of experimentation methodologies, including A/B testing and multivariate testing.

Experience translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
