Detailed Job Description: Responsible for the analysis, design, development and delivery of software solutions. Develop, customize, and test applications to integrate to Mastercard's specifications

Role 3 to 8 years of experience in delivering secure solutions in Financial Services Sector or related field. Accountable for systems development prioritized initiatives supporting Mastercard Send Plan, design and develop technical solutions and alternatives to meet business requirements in adherence with Mastercard standards, processes and best practices. Adapt to the technical artifact templates per the needs of the project and technology. Hands on full stack developer with day-to-day system development and maintenance activities to meet service level agreements (SLAs) and create solutions with high level of innovation, cost effectiveness, high quality and faster time to market. Perform and contribute to test strategy/test design, performance benchmarking, release rollout and deployment plans and contingency/back-out plans. Contribute ideas to help ensure that required standards and processes are in place and followed. Research and evaluate assigned work to deliver solutions.

Design systems for high availability with retries, circuit breakers, graceful degradation, and recoverability across APIs and batch jobs. Enable standardized logging, proactive alerting, and continuous profiling to detect issues early and optimize performance and scalability. Ensure secure configuration with encryption, secrets management, and compliance with enterprise standards for data protection. Design for scalability and cloud/platform readiness (e.g., PCF) with auto-scaling and efficient resource utilization. Strong experience in cryptography and API security, including AES/RSA encryption, TLS/PKI, secure key management (HSM/Azure Key Vault), and authentication mechanisms such as OAuth2, JWT, and mTLS.
