Job description
As an IT Support Technician you provide first line, on-site, end user support as a part of Sinch's Global IT support team. Curiosity, user friendliness and willingness to learn is essential. This role involves installing, configuring, and maintaining hardware and software. You should be able to work independently and take full ownership of your own work as well as be a team player.
Requirements
- 2-3 years experience of working with IT Support
- Good knowledge of Windows and macOS
- Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration
- Experience of Azure and Active Directory
- Experience of Android and iOS devices
- Fluency in written and spoken English
- IT degree
- Experience in Microsoft environment
This is a remote opportunity, but candidates must reside near one of our hub locations for occasional collaboration: Atlanta, GA; Chicago, IL; San Antonio, TX; Denver, CO

Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/ market , skills, education, experience, and other qualifications.
