Job description

Our Client Channels Team develops the digital touchpoints of Zürcher Kantonalbank, enabling millions of interactions daily - from eBanking/Mobile Banking to the branch.

Are you interested in core functions of our digital customer interface such as financial assistants, digital appointment scheduling, and document exchange, and would you like to help shape processes across various digital channels? Your Tasks

  • Analysing existing workflows and processes as well as designing new solutions that delight our customers
  • Driving the professional conception and design within the interdisciplinary team and taking responsibility for the developed solutions
  • Managing the flow of requirements in close collaboration with our stakeholders and the Agile DevOps team
  • Being responsible for the development of new features from conception to roll-out and involving all relevant stakeholders
  • Collaborating with our UI/UX experts to develop user-friendly and innovative solutions
  • Advising internal stakeholders and supporting them with professional expertise

Requirements

  • University or university of applied sciences degree in business administration, business informatics, banking & finance, or a comparable qualification
  • At least 6 years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Engineer, or in a comparable interface role between business and IT
  • Strong communication skills in dealing with various stakeholders (e.g. product management, sales, IT, legal & compliance) and the ability to explain complex matters clearly
  • Open-minded, empathetic personality with team player qualities, high independence, strong self-motivation, and a solution-oriented working style
  • Ideally knowledge of agile working and project methods (e.g. Scrum, SAFe) and confident handling of backlogs and prioritisation
  • Very good German language skills in spoken and written form, English skills are an advantage
