Job description
- Design and implement scalable data and information architectures on Microsoft SharePoint and related platforms
- Build and maintain automated workflows using Power Automate, including error handling and REST API integration
- Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations using Power BI and/or Python-based frameworks
- Create and maintain structured data models in Microsoft Lists and Excel, including pivot tables and advanced analysis
- Write Python scripts for data processing, automation, and integration with existing data workflows
- Support knowledge management, research synthesis, and the preparation of materials for executive audiences
- Contribute to information governance, data quality management, and content lifecycle processes
Requirements
- Graduate (f/m/d) of a university or university of applied sciences
- Preferred fields: Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, Political Science, International Relations, or related disciplines. Preferably background in a think tank, research institute, policy organization, consulting firm, or strategy function.
- Knowledge Management & Communications
- Demonstrated experience in knowledge management, research, policy analysis, consulting, strategy, or related fields
- Data quality management, validation, and lifecycle/access management principles
- Technical Skills:
- Microsoft SharePoint Online (advanced), including permission models, inheritance concepts, and item-level security
- Microsoft Lists: data modeling and permission management
- Python for data processing, automation, and integration with data workflows
- Dashboard development using Power BI and/or Python-based visualization frameworks
