Job description
- Monitor scheduled jobs on IAM platforms, notifying and resolving incidents.
- Communicate improvement, updates, and product obsolescence management to Customer Center local IT.
- Perform ITIL-based support processes: incident, problem, change, configuration, and event management.
- Analyze error messages, diagnose system failures, take corrective actions, and escalate to technical teams and vendors as needed.
- Perform daily checks, troubleshooting, and propose improvement for known processes such as account lifecycle.
- Develop and maintain scripting; create automated tasks.
- Handle daily requests and troubleshoot Analytics Dashboard for the target Customer Center and Mother Company.
- Monitor system logs and alerts, investigate and respond to potential security incidents.
Requirements
- Master's degree level (or equivalent) in Information Technology or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience as an IT Operator, preferably in Identity and Access Management.
- Knowledge of Identity Lifecycle, User Provisioning, Directory Services, Password Management, SSO, Audit & Compliance, Identity Governance, and Role Management.
- Knowledge of the ITIL framework.
- Knowledge of modern authentication & authorization concepts and protocols (Active Directory, SSO, MFA, cybersecurity risks) or willingness to acquire them.
- Programming skill in PowerShell and C#., * Self-driven, motivated, constantly learning and creative.
- Autonomous yet a team player.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Team spirit, service spirit, and accountability.
- Problem-solving and troubleshooting ability.
- Fluent in English; French is a plus.
