Job description

  • Work with multiple teams within the organization including sales, TPM, and SDK teams to ensure key deliverables of PICO B2B projects are met.
  • Take ownership of SDK-related questions and issues, including troubleshooting, verification of root cause, reproducibility of the issue, reporting of the issue with engineering if necessary, and issue resolution.
  • Collect various B2B customer requirements and collate results to share with the Product teams.
  • Develop strong cross-functional relationships with B2B customers, in order to implement optimal integrity solutions.
  • Maintain and update open-source demo libraries on GitHub and other platforms.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including user guides, manuals, FAQs, and process workflows, to support both internal teams and B2B customers.
  • Provide comprehensive product support and demos for events and workshops.

Requirements

  • Minimum: Bachelor's degree with 3+ years experience working as an SDK engineer or technical support role for consumer electronics or related industries.
  • Proven experience in SDK development (Unity, Unreal Engine or native platforms).
  • Experience in mobile app/game optimization, understanding of hardware and software constraints and related components.
  • Experienced in software project management or software technical support.
  • Preferred: Demonstrate experience in a customer-facing role within the information technology industry.
  • Preferred: Ability to document and communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Preferred: VR/AR/MR and Android development experience.
  • Preferred: OpenXR knowledge and understanding.
  • Preferred: Strong communication, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
