Spare Part Management and Business Operation Support

We are looking for a Spare Part Management and Business Operation Support to perform business operation duties, * Engage with installer or end customer for the spare part related communication

• Analyze business requirement and customer intent.
• Report on KPIs like spare part dispatch, collection KPI, etc.
• Conduct competitive research and analyze benchmarking data.
• Work closely with sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities for new client acquisition.
• Organize office and assist associates in ways that optimize procedures.
• Sort and distribute communications in a timely manner.
• Create and update records ensuring accuracy and validity of information.
• Schedule and plan meetings and appointments.
• Resolve business-related malfunctions and respond to requests or issues.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure compliance with established policies.

• Proficient in using common office tools (Excel, Powerpoint, Word, Outlook)
