You will be working at the forefront of the rapidly evolving world of cryptocurrency trading. This position demands a blend of problem-solving skills, adaptability, and collaborative teamwork. We offer a hybrid working arrangement, with the opportunity to be based in either our London or Dubai Office.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement high-performance trading algorithms and systems for cryptocurrency markets, ensuring they align with quantitative strategies and market-making objectives.
- Optimize code for speed, reliability, and scalability to handle high-frequency trading environments and large-scale data processing.
- Analyze market data, liquidity patterns, and order book dynamics to improve algorithm efficiency and pricing models.
- Improve reporting and analysis of the existing system's performance.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Python.
- Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.
- Experience with data analysis and manipulation using libraries like NumPy, Pandas, or similar tools.
- Good knowledge of probability, statistics, and quantitative modeling techniques.
- Familiarity with cryptocurrency markets, blockchain technology, and trading concepts (e.g., order types, liquidity provision).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Desirable skills
- Proficiency in Rust and/or Cython..
- Experience in high-frequency trading (HFT), market making, or algorithmic trading in crypto or traditional finance.
