Job description
Reports to: Head of Product (Biometrics), In a team of Product Managers working on our Biometric Product, you will work closely with our Engineer and Machine Learning functions owning the Product Experience. You will play an integral part in streamlining our efforts understanding customer pain points and turning them into usable, lovable solutions.
This is a role that involves a large amount of autonomy and ambiguity. In a typical week, you can expect to work closely with our customers to draw requirements from both a technical and security perspective, whiteboard R&D options with various teams of Software and Machine Learning Engineers, productionize and commercialize new features where you see fit, and champion the next generation of usable and inclusive biometric products.
Requirements
- Experience in Product Management in a B2B environment
- Experience in User-centric Design, Mobile Applications, and Machine Learning disciplines are assets
- Experience in identifying and implementing data-backed changes
- Experience in conducting customer/user interviews
- Ability to effectively communicate with various stakeholders
- Exposure to operating within a scale up environment
- A drive to make an impact
