Job description

The IT Support Engineer will be involved in general IT support, working with the Microsoft stack Microsoft Office, SQL Server and get exposure to software such as .net & c#.

Requirements

Experience working with Jira, Microsoft Office, SQL Server

  • Great customer service skills, speaking with users over the phone and face to face

  • Experience or a desire to move into a developer role

  • An expert communicator & Great Enthusiasm
