Design, develop, and maintain FMS/SMS web portal applications using Java Spring Boot, SQL, and Kendo UI to enable real-time data visualization and system monitoring; develop structured JSON-based data outputs and automated error-reporting mechanisms to enhance diagnostics and system transparency; architect and implement automated notification workflows, including generation and distribution of worksheet-based reports using Java Spring Boot, Apache POI library, and SQL queries; analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve complex application and server-side issues by reviewing system logs, Softphone and Agent Toolbar error messages, and Tomcat server performance within secure Linux environments; configure, administer, and optimize Genesys Softphone and Agent Toolbar applications, including management of extensions and Agent IDs using system management tools and Microsoft SQL Server; design and modify call routing strategies for Genesys platforms using Interaction Routing Designer and Java
