UiPath Solution Architect / Tech Lead

Seeking a seasoned Solution Architect / Tech Lead with expertise in Automation Anywhere and UiPath to lead onsite automation delivery. The role will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and offshore teams, ensuring effective solutioning, platform setup, and seamless execution of automation initiatives., * Design and architect end-to-end automation solutions using Automation Anywhere (A360) and UiPath.

• Lead onsite delivery, coordinating with business, IT, infra, and offshore teams.
• Conduct requirement gathering, process assessments, and solution discussions.
• Perform/review UiPath platform setup and configuration (Orchestrator, robots, environments, access, governance).
• Provide technical leadership and ensure adherence to RPA best practices, coding standards, and architecture guidelines.
• Review PDD/SDD, code, and deployment readiness for quality and scalability.
• Manage delivery timelines, risks, issues, and stakeholder communication.
• Oversee UAT, production deployment, and hypercare support.

• 8-12+ years of experience with strong hands-on expertise in Automation Anywhere & UiPath.
• Proven experience in solution architecture, bot design, and RPA delivery.
• Strong experience in UiPath platform configuration (Orchestrator setup, governance, security, and infrastructure coordination).
• Exposure to onsite-offshore delivery model and stakeholder management.
• Strong understanding of RPA lifecycle, exception handling, logging, and operational support.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
