Job description
Unison Systems is looking for a skilled C# .NET Angular Developer for our client located in Greenwood Village, CO. You will be a critical member of an engineering team building AI-assisted, data-driven, cloud-native oncology software for a national healthcare client. This is an entrepreneurial, nimble, and dynamic environment where you will have influence over the entire development cycle, from design to production. You will design and develop RESTful APIs and Angular single-page application features while building Azure-hosted microservices that deliver a streamlined clinical user experience., * Participate in the full development lifecycle: definition, design, build, test, release, and maintenance
- Translate end-user requirements into pragmatic, effective technical solutions in the .NET/Angular stack
- Contribute to joint design and architecture sessions, bringing original ideas to algorithms and product features
- Design and develop RESTful APIs and Angular SPA features that interact seamlessly to deliver a streamlined clinical user experience
- Build and maintain Azure-hosted microservices running on Azure Container Apps, following Infrastructure-as-Code practices with Terraform
- Ensure quality throughout the process through unit tests, integration tests, automation, and thorough code reviews
- Uphold HIPAA compliance and security best practices in all code and configuration work
- Deliver solutions on time and communicate proactively when scope or timelines are at risk
Requirements
- Bachelor''s or post-graduate degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with C# and .NET (familiarity with .NET 8 or 10 is a plus)
- Experience building RESTful Web APIs and Angular single-page applications
- Working knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server and Entity Framework Core, including schema migrations and query optimization
- Familiarity with Azure services-Azure Container Apps, App Service, Azure SQL, Key Vault, or equivalent
- Experience with Docker and containerized development workflows
- Comfortable in an Azure DevOps environment: CI/CD pipelines, pull request workflows, and branch strategies
- Solid understanding of software platform architecture, multi-tier application design, and API design principles
- Awareness of security fundamentals relevant to cloud-hosted, multi-tenant SaaS applications, including HIPAA requirements and the handling of protected health information (PHI)
- Ability to write clean, maintainable code with appropriate test coverage and strong attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)
- Experience working on healthcare IT or other regulated-industry projects
- Exposure to Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform)
- Familiarity with real-time communication patterns (SignalR)
- Familiarity with .NET 8 or 10
