As an Application Support - AVP, you will play a crucial role in supporting our client's development teams in production environments. Your expertise will help ensure smooth application operations, all while enhancing communication with our Data Centre and Help Desk staff. Join us in delivering exceptional service to our Business Clients!, * Troubleshoot and resolve issues with Applications, diving deep into Windows Servers and Databases (SQL Server or Oracle).

• Collaborate with technical support, network, and infrastructure teams to tackle application challenges.
• Provide out-of-hours support as part of the production support team.
• Participate in design workshops, contributing ideas to achieve stable application operations.
