Perform business and partner needs assessments and evaluate the operational benefits of proposed solutions

Execute and support business process strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with enterprise best practices

Implement key business objectives across programs and ensure consistent application across impacted areas

Capture requirements, anticipate business expectations, and proactively identify and manage risks

Build and maintain long-term, trust-based relationships with business and technology leaders

Communicate goals and objectives clearly across all phases of programs and projects

Manage resources and deliverables to ensure on-time execution and successful delivery

Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and reporting artifacts to provide real-time status visibility

Coordinate across multiple teams and disciplines, adapting communication style as needed
Proactively assess ongoing work and prioritize efforts that deliver the greatest business value
Requirements

7+ years as a Technical Project Manager (Have you had experience with system implementations and data management? Give examples.)

Extensive experience with enterprise-wide business process improvement initiatives

Understanding of the mortgage servicing/originations industry (If someone SUPER strong outside of this, possible to consider - Do you have experience with an LOS (Loan Origination System)? Have you had experience expanding on mortgage programs such as system updates/enhancements? Have you ever implemented a new vendor at a mortgage company?)

Background in automation and cross system organization with varying teams

Jira experience/JQL query writing experience (How do you generally approach writing a JQL query?)
Direct communication style (Ability to drive for a successful delivery & focus on delivery; How have you handled difficult stakeholders in your past role? Give an example.)
