Job description
- Manage F5 / Citrix / A10 Load Balancers.
- Configure VIPs, pools, SSL certificates.
- Troubleshoot traffic and performance issues.
- Manage DNS platforms (Infoblox, BIND, Windows DNS).
- Handle record updates (A, CNAME, MX, TXT).
- Troubleshoot resolution and propagation issues.
- Monitor network health and alerts.
- Handle incidents, changes, and service requests.
- Perform RCA and service restoration.
Nice to Have:
- AWS/Azure networking.
- Basic scripting (Python).
- F5 / CCNA certification.
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in network operations.
- Strong knowledge of Load Balancers & DNS.
- Networking basics (TCP/IP, HTTP, SSL).
- Experience with monitoring & ITSM tools (ServiceNow)., * Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
