System Analyst

Our client is looking for a technology-driven Business Systems Analyst / IT Analyst to support and optimize business applications, IT operations, and process automation across the organization. This role will serve as a key technology partner, working closely with leadership and employees to improve systems, streamline workflows, and support day-to-day technology needs., * Administer, support, and optimize business applications and internal systems.

• Build and maintain reports, dashboards, automations, and process improvements.
• Provide hands-on IT support, including device setup, troubleshooting, onboarding, and offboarding.
• Partner with software vendors and technology providers to ensure reliable system performance.
• Identify opportunities to leverage AI and automation to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Support cybersecurity, compliance, and data protection initiatives.
• Train users on technology best practices and drive adoption of new tools and processes.

• 2+ years of experience in business systems, IT support, systems administration, or a related field.
• Experience with application administration, workflow automation, and reporting tools.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 and business productivity platforms.
• Familiarity with AI tools and practical business applications.
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 experience or certifications preferred.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Experience in financial services or another regulated industry is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
