Network Administrator

• Install, configure, and maintain Windows Server environments (2012/2016/2019/2022)
• Manage and support Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and IIS
• Perform user administration, access management, and security compliance
• Monitor server performance, system health, and troubleshoot infrastructure issues
• Manage patching, upgrades, backups, and disaster recovery activities
• Handle VMware/Hyper-V virtualization administration
• Support file servers, print servers, and storage management
• Implement and maintain security policies, antivirus, and endpoint protection
• Work on PowerShell scripting and automation tasks
• Provide L2/L3 support for Windows infrastructure issues
• Coordinate with network, security, and application teams for issue resolution
• Maintain system documentation and standard operating procedures, We are looking for an experienced Network Administrator to manage, maintain, and support the organization's network infrastructure. The candidate should have strong knowledge of LAN/WAN, routing, switching, firewalls, VPN, network security, and troubleshooting., * Install, configure, and maintain network hardware and software.
• Monitor network performance and troubleshoot network issues.
• Manage routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless networks.
• Configure and maintain VPN connectivity and remote access solutions.
• Perform network security administration and implement security policies.
• Handle IP addressing, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, and subnetting.
• Monitor network availability and ensure minimal downtime.
• Coordinate with vendors and ISP providers for issue resolution.
• Maintain network documentation, diagrams, and configurations.
• Support data backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity activities.
• Perform firmware upgrades, patching, and system maintenance.
• Provide technical support to users and IT teams.

We are looking for an experienced Windows Administrator with 7-10 years of hands-on experience in managing Windows Server environments, Active Directory, virtualization, and infrastructure support. The candidate should have strong troubleshooting skills, experience with enterprise environments, and knowledge of cloud and automation technologies., * Strong experience with Windows Server Administration

• Hands-on experience in:

• Active Directory (AD)
• Group Policy (GPO)
• DNS / DHCP
• IIS Administration
• VMware or Hyper-V
• PowerShell scripting

• Experience with monitoring tools like SolarWinds, SCOM, Nagios, etc.
• Knowledge of backup tools such as Veeam or NetBackup
• Understanding of security, patch management, and compliance
• Experience in troubleshooting server, login, performance, and connectivity issues
• Knowledge of Microsoft Azure / AWS is an added advantage, * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
• Certifications preferred:

• Microsoft Certified: Windows Server / Azure Administrator
• VMware Certified Professional (VCP)

Good to Have

• Experience with Office 365 administration
• Knowledge of SCCM, Intune, or Endpoint Manager
• Experience in automation and cloud migration projects
• ITIL process knowledge, * Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLAN, NAT, and subnetting.
• Experience with Cisco, Juniper, Aruba, or Fortinet devices.
• Hands-on experience with firewalls and network security.
• Knowledge of routing and switching protocols (BGP, OSPF, STP, etc.).
• Experience with Wi-Fi technologies and wireless controllers.
• Familiarity with monitoring tools like SolarWinds, Wireshark, Nagios, or PRTG.
• Good troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Experience in Windows/Linux server environments is a plus., * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
