Job description
- Copilot Agent Development & Deployment - Design, build, test, and deploy Copilot agents (e.g., in Copilot Studio) to support business workflows, knowledge retrieval, and standardized communications.
- Translate business needs into AI-assisted workflows, prompts, and agent logic
- Use of Power Automate to create AI workflows
- Microsoft 365 Copilot Enablement - Apply Copilot and AI capabilities across Word (drafting/editing), Excel (analysis and summarization), PowerPoint (storyline creation), and Outlook/Teams (meeting summaries and action extraction).
- Coach users and teams on effective prompt strategies, secure use of AI, and methods to improve output quality.
- Develop quick-start guides, internal training materials, and curated prompt libraries tailored to business functions and common scenarios.
- Peer to Peer Training and support of Copilot and AI usage
Microsoft 365, Power Platform & Tools
- Enhance and format Excel tools and spreadsheets to improve functionality and presentation, including use of VBA and macros.
- Develop and support Power Apps and Power BI dashboards tailored to Business Line needs.
- Review and apply Microsoft Word styles and formatting standards to documents, reports, and correspondence, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and quality.
- Manage project specification document workflows, formatting, and deliverables.
Delivery & Business Support
- Support cost optimization and analysis activities as required.
- Provide direct support to management and delivery leaders as needed.
- Offer general support to Water Delivery projects, contributing to consistent and efficient delivery practices.
Requirements
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Copilot concepts and practical use in Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook/Teams.
- Hands-on experience building with: - Copilot Studio (agent creation, workflows, topics, actions, generative answers, knowledge sources)
- Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power Bi)
- Strong ability to evaluate and validate AI outputs: accuracy checking, bias/assumption detection, and identifying missing context.
- Advanced skills in M365 Environment (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook), include Word and Excel VBA/Macros
- Intermediate experience with SharePoint and Microsoft Teams configuration and use.
- Advanced skills in Adobe Acrobat
- Skills in Bluebeam Revu an asset

Education and Experience

- Typical office environment working with computers and remaining sedentary for long periods of time.
- High School or equivalent required
