Job description

  • Manage data analytics projects to support the Talent & Culture function.

  • Discover, interpret, and communicate qualitative and quantitative data to draw meaningful insights.

  • Develop relationships with internal stakeholders and interact with company executives effectively.

  • Create and optimize Power BI dashboards and reports, focusing on user experience and data modernization.

  • Analyze end-to-end processes and underlying data to identify inconsistencies and recommend improvements.

Our client, a leading organization in the industry, is seeking a Data Analyst to join their team. As a Data Analyst, you will be part of the Talent & Culture support team, contributing to data-driven decision-making processes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate analytical thinking, effective communication, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully within the organization., + Minimum of five years of experience in data analytics, people analytics, or related fields.

  • Proficiency in Power BI and SSRS, with experience in SQL, Python, and Alteryx.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to present data-driven insights effectively.

  • Experience in project management, including planning, organizing, and coordinating tasks.

  • Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship now or in the future.
