Job description

Manage data analytics projects to support the Talent & Culture function.

Discover, interpret, and communicate qualitative and quantitative data to draw meaningful insights.

Develop relationships with internal stakeholders and interact with company executives effectively.

Create and optimize Power BI dashboards and reports, focusing on user experience and data modernization.

Analyze end-to-end processes and underlying data to identify inconsistencies and recommend improvements.

Requirements
Our client, a leading organization in the industry, is seeking a Data Analyst to join their team. As a Data Analyst, you will be part of the Talent & Culture support team, contributing to data-driven decision-making processes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate analytical thinking, effective communication, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully within the organization., + Minimum of five years of experience in data analytics, people analytics, or related fields.

Proficiency in Power BI and SSRS, with experience in SQL, Python, and Alteryx.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to present data-driven insights effectively.

Experience in project management, including planning, organizing, and coordinating tasks.

Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship now or in the future.
