Job description
Firewall management, policy changes, troubleshooting, remote access support, packet captures, Splunk log analysis, and some automation work., * Manage Palo Alto and Fortinet firewalls
- Support Global Protect for 240,000 users
- Perform packet captures, log analysis, incident management
- Handle policy changes and routing adjustments
- Participate in migrations (Palo Alto * Fortinet) Check logs, do some packet captures There will be some firewall migrations… from Palo Alto to Fortinet.
Work Hours & Flexibility
The role requires after-hours and weekend work with flex time, not overtime.
