Infrastructure Security Analyst

We are seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Analyst to support enterprise security initiatives across our global environment. This role is critical in strengthening infrastructure resilience by partnering with security, cloud, and operations teams to implement controls, monitor systems, remediate vulnerabilities, and ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory standards., * Support enterprise security initiatives by maintaining and enhancing IT infrastructure across cloud, network, and server environments

• Partner with security teams to implement controls aligned with best practices and compliance frameworks
• Monitor systems for vulnerabilities, threats, and anomalies; drive remediation efforts
• Assist with vulnerability management, patching, and configuration hardening
• Support incident response and root cause analysis activities
• Strengthen AWS and Azure infrastructure security posture, including identity, access, and data protection

• 3-7+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, systems administration, or cloud engineering
• Hands-on experience supporting security initiatives within enterprise environments
• Cloud & Hosting: AWS (SES, S3) and Microsoft Azure
• Enterprise Systems: Salesforce (Sales, Service, Experience Cloud), Zuora, ServiceMax, FinancialForce
• Integration & Data: MuleSoft, Boomi, IoT telemetry platforms
• Digital & E-commerce: WooCommerce (WordPress), Optimizely, Lucky Orange
• Security & IT Operations: Bitdefender, Huntress, Opsin (GenAI governance), Freshservice

Preferred

• Experience in hybrid cloud or multi-cloud environments
• Exposure to integration platforms (MuleSoft, Boomi) or enterprise SaaS ecosystems
• Knowledge of security frameworks (NIST, CIS, ISO 27001, etc.)
• Relevant certifications (AWS, Azure, Security+, CISSP, or similar)
