User Interface Designer

At Moon Rabbit, we're looking for a talented UX/UI Designer to join our growing design team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating thoughtful, user-centered digital experiences and is excited to collaborate across creative, strategy, and development teams to bring ideas to life.

As a UX/UI Designer, you'll contribute to a wide range of digital projects including websites, landing pages, email experiences, and digital campaigns. You'll help shape user experiences from concept through execution while maintaining a strong focus on usability, accessibility, and visual design excellence.

This position is based in SoHo, New York and follows a hybrid schedule, with employees working from the office on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday each week.

What You'll Do

• Design intuitive and engaging digital experiences across websites, landing pages, email campaigns, and digital marketing assets
• Transform user requirements, strategy, and wireframes into polished, user-friendly interfaces
• Create responsive designs optimized for desktop and mobile experiences
• Collaborate closely with designers, copywriters, developers, project managers, and strategists
• Contribute to design systems, component libraries, and brand standards
• Present and explain design rationale to internal stakeholders
• Prepare production-ready files and partner with developers to ensure seamless implementation
• Stay current on UX/UI trends, emerging technologies, and best practices
• Participate in design critiques and contribute to the overall quality of creative work

• 2-4 years of experience in UX/UI, digital, or product design
• Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered digital design work
• Proficiency in Figma and familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong understanding of responsive design, visual hierarchy, typography, color, and accessibility
• Experience designing for both desktop and mobile platforms
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced agency environment
• Experience with Webflow
• Familiarity with motion design tools such as After Effects or Lottie
• Basic understanding of front-end development principles
• Healthcare, pharmaceutical, or regulated-industry experience
