These tasks will be performed across a variety of technologies and tooling, with a primary focus on AWS cloud hosted applications or migration to AWS cloud, while maintaining systems on-premises as necessary.

This position is hybrid in-person and remote-work with in-person effort expected up to three days a week as part of team work days, planning, and prioritizing a backlog of tasks. Job location is primarily in Northern Virginia, with potential travel to client sites (Washington DC).

Key Responsibilities:

Support operations and maintenance of applications running on-premises and in the cloud.

Develop automated tooling and scripts to assist in reduction of manual effort in support of applications.

Contribute back to project software to improve processes, reduce technical debt, and/or increase visibility and monitoring.

8+ years of experience in development and operations work, preferably supporting government systems

Strong experience in at least one programming language, preference for comfort in a variety of scripting, interpreted, and/or compiled languages
