Job description

We are seeking a Mid-Level ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow solutions that support business and IT service management processes. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with ServiceNow development, workflow automation, integrations, and platform administration., * Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules.

  • Implement and maintain workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and catalog items.
  • Design and develop Service Catalog requests, record producers, and approval workflows.
  • Create and maintain integrations with third-party systems using REST, SOAP, and other APIs.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues, defects, and performance concerns.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Develop reports, dashboards, and performance analytics.
  • Participate in platform upgrades, patching, and release management activities.
  • Follow ServiceNow development best practices and governance standards.
  • Provide technical documentation and knowledge transfer to support teams.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
  • Strong knowledge of JavaScript, ServiceNow scripting, and platform administration.
  • Experience with ITSM modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Catalog.
  • Experience developing workflows and Flow Designer solutions.
  • Knowledge of REST/SOAP integrations and API development.
  • Experience with ServiceNow Studio, Update Sets, and Application Development.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills., * ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
  • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).
  • Experience with ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, CSM, or SecOps modules.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Knowledge of CMDB and Discovery., * Bachelor''s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
