Job description
As a Lead Data Scientist, you will drive the development of advanced ML and AI solutions, from experimentation through production. You will set technical direction while ensuring models deliver measurable business impact., * Model Development: Lead development of predictive models, NLP systems, and generative AI applications.
- Experimentation: Design experiments, validate models, and implement robust evaluation frameworks.
- Advanced Techniques: Apply techniques such as deep learning, transfer learning, and fine-tuning of LLMs.
- Production Collaboration: Work closely with ML Engineers to deploy and monitor models.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate model outputs into actionable insights for leadership.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in applied machine learning., * Strong foundation in statistics, modeling, and algorithm design.
- Experience with ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow).
- Experience deploying models into production environments.
- Leadership experience guiding teams and projects.
