Job description

  • Support the development and execution of integrated media campaigns across digital, social, TV, radio, streaming, and emerging platforms
  • Contribute to media strategy through audience analysis, campaign insights, competitive research, and tactical recommendations
  • Own key aspects of campaign planning, execution, trafficking, tagging, QA, and reporting
  • Monitor campaign pacing and performance, identifying optimization opportunities and potential risks
  • Develop recurring performance reports, campaign summaries, and insights presentations
  • Partner with agencies and internal stakeholders to ensure campaigns launch accurately and deliver against objectives
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, analytics, creative, and distribution teams
  • Help guide and support junior team members while contributing to process improvements and operational excellence
  • Stay current on industry trends across theatrical, streaming, CTV, FAST channels, and digital advertising

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 2-5+ years of experience in paid media, media planning, media buying, campaign analytics, performance marketing, or related fields
  • Agency, entertainment, media, streaming, studio, or consumer marketing experience strongly preferred
  • Experience managing campaigns across digital and traditional channels, including Social, Programmatic, TV, Radio, or Connected TV
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data and translate insights into actionable recommendations
  • Hands-on experience with platforms such as:
  • Google Analytics, DV360, Amazon Ads, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads & other paid social and programmatic platforms
  • Advanced Excel skills and strong reporting capabilities
  • Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Compensation: $31.51/hr
