Computer Systems Analysts

4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Computer Systems Analysts to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client's project requirements and company delivery standards., The candidate will be responsible for:

1. Administer, configure, and maintain Jira environments to support development, testing, and release activities.
2. Design and manage workflows, issue types, custom fields, permissions, notifications, dashboards, and automation rules.
3. Support requirements traceability and reporting processes across project lifecycles.
4. Create and maintain release documentation, user guides, SOPs, and training materials.
5. Troubleshoot system configurations, user access issues, and workflow-related problems.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience

5+ years of experience supporting application administration, system configuration, workflow management, and user support activities.

Technical Skills

Experience with Jira Administration, Workflow Configuration, Custom Fields, Screens, Schemes, Permissions Management, Notifications, Dashboards, Filters, Automation Rules, Requirements Traceability, Release Management, User Access Management, Troubleshooting, Reporting, Documentation, Process Configuration

Business / Domain Skills

Experience with Requirements Management, Release Coordination, Change Management, Process Improvement, Training Development, User Support, Stakeholder Communication, Documentation Management, Quality Assurance Support, Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), Problem Solving, Business Process Analysis

Communication

Ability to communicate with technical and business stakeholders.

Documentation

Ability to prepare project documentation, status updates, and deliverables.

Work Authorization

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Sponsorship may be considered where permitted by company policy and project requirements., 1. Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or related field.

2. Experience with requirements traceability and application lifecycle management tools.
3. Familiarity with software development, testing, and release management methodologies.
4. Experience creating training materials, SOPs, and user documentation.
