Job description
This is a hands-on infrastructure leader responsible for consolidating and standardizing IT environments across multiple acquired businesses. You'll lead the integration of systems, networks, and vendors into a secure, scalable, and unified architecture, while managing MSP partners and a leading internal team., * Security & compliance - maintain SOC 2 Type II alignment (NIST framework)
- Cloud & hybrid architecture - lead migration, optimization, and governance
- Vendor strategy & budget - own vendor relationships, contracts, and IT spend
- Operational discipline - establish documentation, standards, and repeatable processes
Requirements
- Experience leading IT integration in multi-entity or acquisition-driven environments
- Strong background in infrastructure, networking, and systems consolidation
- Proven success managing multiple MSPs and external vendors
- Deep knowledge of SOC 2 Type II and NIST frameworks
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Ability to operate strategically and hands-on in technical environments
- Track record of owning budgets and driving cost efficiency
