UX/UI Designer

nIDS is seeking an experienced UX/UI Designer - Journeyman, for ADG Creative, an IDS subsidiary, to support user experience strategy, design system development, and delivery of high-quality user-centered design solutions. This role involves designing intuitive, scalable interfaces and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve user experience across complex systems.\n \n \nKey Duties\n \u2022 Implements UX strategy and vision across a large portfolio, ensuring consistent and high-quality user experiences\n \u2022 Maintains a comprehensive design system to drive consistency, scalability, and efficiency across products\n \u2022 Supports design activities including workshops and design sprints to enhance collaboration across teams\n \u2022 Assists with user research, creates user journey maps, and develops wireframes and high-fidelity prototypes\n \u2022 Advocates for end-users by identifying workflows, pain points, and needs to inform design solutions\n \u2022 Follows UX design processes and applies Human-Centered Design principles within Agile environments\n \u2022 Performs other duties as assigned\n \n

u2022 Bachelor's degree in a related field\n \u2022 OR Associate's degree or High School Diploma with 7 years of experience\n \u2022 Minimum 3 years of experience (aligned to the education substitution structure above)\n
