Data Architect

• Design and maintain the company's end-to-end data architecture, supporting product analytics, customer insights, business reporting, and future AI initiatives.
• Develop scalable data models and architectures for multi-tenant SaaS environments.
• Architect and optimize cloud-based data platforms, warehouses, and lakehouse solutions.
• Design and oversee ETL/ELT pipelines that integrate data from application databases, customer platforms, third-party APIs, and business systems.
• Establish data governance, quality, security, and lifecycle management standards.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Leadership teams to translate business requirements into scalable data solutions.

• 5+ years of experience in Data Architecture, Data Engineering, Analytics Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience designing and scaling data platforms within SaaS, software, or cloud-native environments.
• Strong understanding of data modelling principles, including dimensional modelling and modern analytical architectures.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Strong SQL expertise and experience working with large-scale transactional and customer datasets.
• Knowledge of data warehousing, data lakes, ELT/ETL frameworks, and modern data stack technologies.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Databricks, Snowflake, Microsoft Fabric, BigQuery, or Redshift.
• Knowledge of streaming and event-driven architectures (Kafka, Event Hub, Kinesis, etc.).
• Experience supporting AI, machine learning, or predictive analytics initiatives.
• Familiarity with tools such as Power BI, Looker, Tableau, or dbt.
• Experience designing data architectures for multi-tenant applications.
