Job description
This role will be part of the Investment & Asset Management Tower for Group Technology (IT1.19), responsible for ensuring the availability, reliability, and maintenance of all investment and asset management systems, applications, and platforms. The Tower manages the seamless transition of new systems or projects to steady-state operations and takes ownership of key business relationships, providing accurate metrics on uptime, issues, and resolutions.
Requirements
- University degree in Computer Engineering, IT, or a comparable field (preferred). \n
- 4+ years of experience delivering IT solutions in the financial services industry. \n
- Hands-on experience as an application developer is an advantage. \n, * Programming & Scripting: Python, Bash \n

- DevOps & CI/CD, Git, Docker \n
- Databases: Oracle / SQL \n

Architectural & Domain Knowledge \n \n
- Strong experience designing solutions in big data ecosystems (e.g., Hadoop, Spark, Kafka, Databricks, Snowflake) and building complex data pipelines. \n
- Deep understanding of analytics architectures, including BI platforms, data modeling, integration frameworks, and streaming architectures. \n
- Solid knowledge of AI and MLOps platforms (model deployment, training pipelines, feature stores, monitoring). \n
- Proven understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, cloud architecture standards). \n, * Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, business-oriented language. \n
