Job description

We are a Revenue Operations Consulting company whose main role is to connect the Go-To-Market strategy with measurable revenue results. We plan, implement and optimise processes related to:

  • Marketing Automation: with Pardot, HubSpot as the main tools and Salesforce as the CRM to connect with.
  • Revenue Data & Reporting: connecting all the tools used in the GTM stack and ensuring the continuous tracking of the Lead-to-Revenue lifecycle.
  • Revenue Operations and GTM Processes: aligning Marketing, Sales, and Revenue teams around shared processes and data., * Implementing end-to-end Tracking of user sources, activity, and conversions (GTM, GA4, custom tracking, Ads platforms…)
  • Implementing the cookie compliance tracking requirement
  • Ensuring data consistency across Marketing and Sales systems

Entry Points, GTM Initiatives and Lifecycle Processes

  • Setting up of GTM Initiatives assets and processes, ensuring consistency with Lead and Account Qualification, assignment, Lifecycle stage progression, and Attribution and Tracking: Webinar tools, Chat tools, Landing Pages and forms, Database import, offline event process, Referral Programs…
  • Coordinating and training of Local Marketing and Sales Teams to ensure the adoption of shared processes and tools.

Business and Revenue KPI Definition & Reporting

  • Defining the right Revenue, Marketing and Sales KPI to track and implement related Data Models, Processes, and Automation to collect accurate and reliable data to report on (Salesforce flow, Salesforce formulas…)
  • Creating Dashboards, Reports, and ad-hoc analyses to monitor pipeline performance, funnel conversions, and revenue impact of GTM initiatives (CRM Analytics, GSheet, Data Visualisation tools…)

Advanced Systems and Tools Integration

  • Connecting our customer SAAS database to their CRM in order to boost marketing and sales capacities
  • Leveraging Account Engagement or HubSpot APIs to communicate with third-party tools (Data warehouse, SMS tools …)

Requirements

A junior Revenue Operations professional willing to grow in the RevOps field. The successful candidate should be highly proactive, a fast learner, tech-savvy, and data-oriented., * Fluency in English is a must.

  • 1 or 2 years of experience working on Marketing Operations, reporting and data analysis, paid campaigns management (performance management) or website project management.
  • Experience using HubSpot or Pardot is a plus.
  • Experience using Salesforce or other CRM is a plus.
  • Experience using API is a plus.
  • Experience using Data Visualization tools and SQL is a plus.
  • Proactive & with initiative.
  • Tech lover (like to work with different tools) & process mindset.
