About the role As part of our Outbound Sales team, you'll play a key role in driving growth in the Italian market. Your main responsibilities will include identifying new business opportunities, presenting our solution, and managing the early stages of the sales cycle -from initial contact to qualification. Own and optimize your acquisition channels (LinkedIn, email, networking, etc.) Collaborate closely with the Operations team on strategic initiatives that support outbound growth - lead generation, sales automation, CRM enhancements, and more. Maintain high-quality CRM data to ensure accurate tracking and forecasting. Proactively forecast revenue and document key daily activities and performance metrics. Minimum 2 years (including internships), with proven exposure to cold calling. Native-level Italian and fluent English mandatory; Communication: You're a natural communicator - clear, concise, and persuasive in both writing and speech. Familiarity with tools like Salesforce, Lemlist, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or Notion is a bonus.
