Senior Microsoft365 Platform Engineer

Ipsen is strengthening its Global Digital & IT Operations (OneOps) to enhance the performance, security, and governance of its collaboration platforms. We are looking for a Senior Microsoft 365 Platform Engineer to design, operate, and continuously improve Ipsen's Microsoft 365 ecosystem at scale.

In this role, you will act as a hands-on technical expert and platform owner, ensuring that collaboration and productivity services (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Power Platform, Copilot) are secure, compliant, and aligned with enterprise standards.

You will play a key role in bridging security, identity, infrastructure, and digital workplace teams, while enabling new capabilities such as Microsoft 365 Copilot in a controlled and compliant way., * Act as the L3 technical expert, handling complex incidents, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.

• Ensure platform reliability, performance, and operational excellence through monitoring, automation, and KPIs.
• Implement and enforce governance, security, and compliance policies (Purview, DLP, data lifecycle, access control).
• Prepare and secure the Microsoft 365 environment for Copilot deployment and adoption.
• Automate platform operations using PowerShell, Microsoft Graph, and CI/CD practices.
• Collaborate with security, infrastructure, identity, and digital workplace teams to ensure alignment.
• Drive continuous improvement and reduce dependency on external partners through internal expertise and industrialization., * Opportunity to work on cutting-edge topics such as Microsoft Copilot and AI-enabled workplace.

• 5+ years of experience in Microsoft 365 platform engineering or administration.
• Strong hands-on expertise across Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Power Platform, and Copilot.
• Experience in platform governance, security, and compliance (Purview, DLP, retention, audit).
• Strong scripting and automation skills (PowerShell, Microsoft Graph).
• Experience managing complex incidents and L3 support activities.
• Good understanding of identity, security, and cloud environments.
• Ability to work in cross-functional and international environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
• Fluent in English and French.
