Legal Tech Implementation Consultant

As the Legal Implementation Consultant, you will support the Legal, Privacy, and Compliance teams in implementing and optimizing their legal technology stack while ensuring seamless integrations across the wider organization., * Leading the implementation and configuration of Streamline as the central legal intake and workflow management platform.

• Designing and implementing Juro as the organization's Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) solution, including templates, workflows, approvals, metadata, and reporting.
• Building integrations between legal systems and enterprise platforms such as CRM systems, ServiceNow, Jira, Slack, Airtable, OneTrust, and Google Workspace.
• Designing reporting frameworks, executive dashboards, legal taxonomies, and risk/compliance tracking processes.
• Mapping business processes and translating legal, privacy, and compliance requirements into scalable system solutions.
• Managing stakeholders across Legal, Compliance, Privacy, Operations, and Technology team

• Background as a Legal Technology Consultant, Legal Operations Manager, CLM Consultant, Implementation Consultant, or similar.
• 5+ years of experience delivering enterprise software implementations.
• Hands-on experience with Legal Intake, Matter Management, CLM, Legal Operations, or Workflow Automation platforms.
• Experience integrating systems using APIs, webhooks, data mappings, and workflow automations.
• Experience with tools such as Juro, Streamline, OneTrust, ServiceNow, Jira, Salesforce/CRM systems, Airtable, Slack, or similar.
• Strong understanding of legal, privacy, compliance, and risk management processes.
• Experience within a technology-driven international environment would be a plus.
• Fluent in English.
