As a Cybersecurity Specialist, you'll safeguard company's systems and data, translate regulations like NIS2 and DORA into practice, and tackle challenges in cloud, AI, and supply chain security to strengthen trust in financial markets.Your responsibilities:

  • Overseeing and enhancing the Information Security Management System (ISMS) in alignment with BIO2 standards
  • Conducting thorough risk evaluations, security testing, and assessments
  • Leading the implementation of audit recommendations and continuous improvement initiatives from a first-line perspective
  • Tracking, analysing, and reporting on security controls and incident responses
  • Driving a culture of security awareness across the organisation through proactive engagement and communicationYour profile

Requirements

  • A completed degree in Information Science, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field
  • Excellent command of the Dutch language, both spoken and written
  • Minimum of 2 years' hands-on experience in managing and enhancing security within complex organisational environments
  • Solid understanding of cloud and infrastructure security, especially in Azure, with familiarity with tools like Microsoft Sentinel and Defender
  • Relevant certifications such as CISA, CCSP, and/or CISSP
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify risks and translate them into actionable security measures
  • A proactive, results-driven mindset-you take initiative and maintain a clear overview
  • A collaborative spirit with the ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams and navigate organisational dynamicsWhat you can expect in return
