Job description
Role - We are seeking an experienced SAP UK Payroll Consultant to support the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP Payroll solutions aligned to UK legislative requirements. This role requires deep expertise in SAP HCM Payroll (UK) and hands-on experience delivering payroll implementations, enhancements, and support projects. You will work closely with Payroll, HR, Finance, and IT stakeholders to ensure accurate, compliant, and efficient payroll processing across the organisation., * SAP Payroll Delivery

Configure and support SAP HCM Payroll (UK), including: o Payroll Schemas o Payroll Control Rules (PCRs) o Payroll Processing o Statutory Payments

Design and implement payroll solutions aligned to business and regulatory requirements.

Support payroll runs, reconciliations, and issue resolution.
- Compliance & Payroll Operations

Ensure compliance with: o HMRC regulations o Real Time Information (RTI) submissions o National Insurance o UK Tax legislation o Auto-enrolment pension schemes o Statutory payments (SSP, SMP, SPP, etc.)

Support year-end payroll activities including: o P60 reporting o P11D reporting o Statutory submissions
- Project Delivery & Testing

Gather and analyse payroll requirements from business stakeholders.

Support: o System configuration o Unit Testing o Integration Testing o User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

Create functional specifications for enhancements and custom developments.

Support upgrades, data migration, and system enhancement initiatives.
- Integration & Stakeholder Management

Integrate Payroll with: o SAP Time Management o SAP SuccessFactors o Third-party HR and payroll systems

Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Finance, and technical teams to deliver effective solutions.

Provide knowledge transfer, documentation, and end-user support.
Key Skills:
- Strong hands-on experience with SAP HCM Payroll (UK).

Requirements
- Experience integrating Payroll with SAP Time Management.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Proven experience delivering payroll implementation, enhancement, or support projects.
