Job description
- We create designs from concept inception through to delivery, producing wireframes, interactive prototypes and high-fidelity mock-ups, then carrying those designs into a code-based build.
- We write clean, standards-compliant HTML5 and CSS3, building front-end interfaces that are fast, accessible and maintainable.
- We ensure all work meets WCAG 2.2 accessibility standards, with a practical understanding of what that means for our clients.
- We contribute to and build on WordPress and Umbraco-based solutions, working within established CMS environments and extending them where needed.
- We present clear design recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.
- We collaborate closely with our development function, bridging the gap between design intent and technical delivery.
- We balance creativity with pragmatism and deadlines across concurrent projects.
- We keep up to date with design trends, emerging technologies and evolving standards, and bring fresh ideas and thinking to our team.
- We take part in client-facing discovery sessions, with structured support provided to help us grow into facilitating these sessions with confidence in the future.
