Job description
- We provide first- and second-line technical support to our customers.
- We support hardware equipment including laptops, desktops, servers, storage devices, and network devices.
- We support a wide range of software across multiple industries.
- We carry out on-site visits for troubleshooting, maintenance, and repairs.
- We escalate issues to Senior Technicians or vendors when needed.
- We maintain knowledge of the latest hardware and software trends and technologies.

Requirements
- We require 3-5 years of experience in an IT Project or Solutions role.
- We require hands-on experience with hardware, software, systems, networks, Wi-Fi, and servers.
- We require experience monitoring and maintaining servers and networks.
- We require proven advanced technical support experience for client stakeholders such as IT Managers.
- We require project management exposure.
- We require the ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and maintain strong attention to detail.
- We require excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Applicants must live in or close to Swansea, Wales.
- Applicants must be able to commute to Swansea SA1 1NW or plan to relocate before starting.
- Applicants must have current working rights in the United Kingdom.
