Job description
- Deliver on-site 2nd line IT support across multiple business areas
- Act as a key contact for technical issues and incident resolution
- Support production, engineering and office teams
- Manage tickets (incidents, requests, change & problem records)
- Drive service improvements and proactive maintenance
- Support projects and business change initiatives
- Monitor system performance and recommend improvements
- Manage upgrades, patches and system maintenance
- Liaise with third-party vendors and suppliers
- Keep systems, documentation and CMDB up to date
- Ensure compliance with ITIL processes and SLAs, * Factory & production environments
- Mobile devices and end-user support
- Printing & AV equipment
- Network cabling & VoIP telephony
- Broadband solutions (including remote sites)
Requirements
- 3+ years' experience in a 2nd line / site-based IT role
- Strong hands-on technical support experience
- Experience supporting manufacturing or production environments
- Good understanding of ITIL (Incident, Change & Problem Management)
- Strong stakeholder management across operational teams
- Proactive mindset with a focus on service improvement
