- Contribute to the modern platform built in .NET Core and React/TypeScript
- Support and gradually modernise parts of the existing PHP estate
- Work within a UK product squad alongside a Tech Lead, Senior Engineer, QA, Product Manager, and UX Designer
- Help build cross-functional product squads as we bring engineering capability in-house
- Contribute to the ongoing technology transformation and evolving engineering standards
- Take ownership of delivering meaningful product work in a fast-moving environment

Requirements
- Around 3+ years of commercial software engineering experience
- Good experience with .NET backend development
- Exposure to PHP, React, and TypeScript
- Interest in product engineering rather than ticket-factory delivery
- Strong focus on code quality, collaboration, and improving systems properly
- Curiosity around AI-assisted development and modern engineering tooling

We are modernising both our platform and engineering culture, with cross-functional product squads, strong product thinking, and modern development practices at the centre of how we work. This is a Manchester-based role with hybrid working, requiring three days onsite each week. We offer a salary of up to £60,000 depending on experience, plus bonus, private healthcare, and additional benefits.
