Benefits & conditions

We are a PE-backed consumer platform operating at scale across the UK, and we are rebuilding our internal engineering capability after previously relying on outsourced development teams. We are modernising both our platform and engineering culture, with cross-functional product squads, strong product thinking, and modern development practices at the centre of how we work. This is a Manchester-based role with hybrid working, requiring three days onsite each week. We offer a salary of up to £60,000 depending on experience, plus bonus, private healthcare, and additional benefits. You will have direct access to our CTO and senior leadership, clear progression opportunities into senior roles, and the chance to shape engineering standards as our function continues to grow.
