Job description
- Support internal teams and external partners with day-to-day application issues
- Troubleshoot across eCommerce, ERP, CRM, and integrated systems
- Own issues end to end, from investigation through to resolution
- Support platforms such as Shopify, NetSuite, and internal sales systems
- Assist with bookings, orders, and payment queries such as Stripe
- Work with Excel and CSV data to troubleshoot and resolve issues
- Support system improvements, testing, and new feature rollouts
- Work with third-party providers and internal stakeholders
- Identify recurring issues and proactively improve processes

Requirements
- Experience in application or systems support
- Strong troubleshooting and investigative mindset
- Experience supporting business systems such as ERP, CRM, or eCommerce platforms
- Comfortable supporting remote users
- Strong Excel skills, including CSV and data handling
- SQL or DNS knowledge would be beneficial, but is not essential
- Ability to take real ownership of problems
- Enjoys figuring out how systems work
- Ability to spot opportunities to improve and prevent issues
- Comfortable working in a small, fast-paced team
