You will play a key role in consolidating data assets, eliminating silos, and ensuring a single, source of truth to support advanced analytics and AI., * Design and implement enterprise-wide data architecture across Microsoft Fabric (OneLake) and Databricks (Unity Catalog)
- Build scalable lakehouse and warehouse solutions using Databricks SQL and Fabric SQL endpoints
- Develop robust data pipelines with Databricks Workflows, Delta Live Tables (DLT), and Fabric Data Factory
- Define and implement cross-platform data strategies using Delta Lake to minimise duplication
- Establish data governance frameworks, including access controls, lineage, and Row-Level Security (RLS)
- Manage and optimise compute resources across Fabric and Databricks environments
- Lead CI/CD implementation using Azure DevOps, GitHub, and Databricks Asset Bundles
- Drive adoption of best practices in data modelling and architecture patterns
Requirements

- Proven experience building modern lakehouse and data warehouse platforms
- Hands-on experience with:
- Databricks SQL & Fabric SQL
- Databricks Workflows & Delta Live Tables (DLT)
- Fabric Data Factory
- Deep knowledge of Delta Lake and cross-platform data strategies
- Solid experience in data governance, including lineage, access control, and RLS
