  • Performance Monitoring: Determine and define performance and load testing requirements based on product requirements.

Requirements

  • Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in software quality assurance, with a proven transition into deep automation engineering.
  • Technical Core:
  • Expertise in TypeScript: Deep proficiency in writing clean, reusable, and modular code for automation.
  • Modern Web Testing: Advanced experience with Playwright.
  • Mobile Excellence: Extensive experience with Appium 2.0 and WebDriverIO (specifically for native and hybrid mobile apps).
  • Platform Tools: Hands-on experience with Xcode and Android Studio/ADB for debugging and profiling.
  • AI & Innovation:
  • Practical experience using AI tools for code generation, test optimization, or automated bug reporting.
  • Familiarity with leveraging AI for predictive analytics (e.g., identifying high-risk areas of the codebase for targeted testing).
  • IoT/Hardware: Experience testing hardware-integrated systems, firmware updates, or IoT device orchestration.

Soft Skills

  • Adaptability: Ability to pivot quickly in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Analytical Mindset: A data-driven approach to quality, utilizing metrics to improve the automation footprint.
  • Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills to bridge the gap between Hardware, Firmware, and Cloud Engineering teams.
