Infrastructure Engineer

We are looking for an IT Support Specialist to provide onsite technical support for stable IT processes and operations. This role involves maintaining equipment, resolving trouble tickets, documenting processes, and supporting remote training and demo sites across the country. Occasional travel is required., * IT Operations: Imaging computers, replacing printer toner, disposing of outdated assets, and resolving ServiceNow tickets.

• Documentation: Updating assets, following KB articles, maintaining process logs, and recording customer information.
• Communication: Creating and maintaining contact lists, incident reports, inventory records, and service logs.
• Problem Resolution: Identifying issues, applying documented solutions, and escalating problems outside standard procedures.
• Equipment Maintenance: Scheduling maintenance, ordering supplies, monitoring inventory, and working with suppliers.
• Technical Support: Troubleshooting printers, replacing components, and resolving tickets using KB guidance.

• Knowledge: Basic computing and networking concepts.
• Software Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, intranet, and internet functions.
• Security Awareness: General understanding of computer security policies and concepts.
• Experience: 1+ year of IT experience preferred; entry level candidates considered.
• Travel: Up to 25% travel, including remote sites without onsite IT teams.

Education

• Degree in Information Technology or equivalent experience.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
